Sound Sleep Hotel

The room was visibly unhygienic, with dirty linens, stained walls, a lingering unpleasant smell, and a poorly cleaned bathroom. That raised concerns about cleanliness and guest safety, and as a woman I found it distressing. From arrival, the owner and staff were discourteous and unprofessional, seemed unwilling to help, and spoke disrespectfully, which made the stay uncomfortable. Management appears not to prioritize cleanliness, guest comfort, or professional conduct. I’d strongly advise solo women travelers and families to avoid this hotel. Nearby places offer clean rooms and respectful service.

The owner was rude and unprofessional, and mismanagement was evident throughout my stay. Staff were uncooperative, and hygiene was very poor. I left with a very disappointing impression and wouldn't recommend Sound Sleep Hotel.

The staff at Sound Sleep Hotel made sure we were well looked after, and they even arranged a doctor for us quickly when we needed one. That was a real relief. We had a comfortable stay and received excellent, caring service. Highly recommended. Regards, Kiran

The food was average in taste and expensive for what it was, so I didn't feel it was worth the price. Apart from that, I was satisfied: the atmosphere was warm and peaceful, the rooms were clean, the washroom was well maintained and had Western facilities, and the staff were polite and respectful.
