The location was convenient and close to everything, and breakfast had plenty of tasty options. Staff were warm, welcoming, and really helpful from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully kept, with the amenities we needed. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Service exceeded expectations. I'd happily stay again and highly recommend it.
At Hotel Heaven, the quick service and courteous staff made for a pleasant stay. The rooms were neat and hygienic, and the comfort was great for a reasonable price. I'd definitely visit again.
This was the worst hotel I've ever visited. The geyser didn't work, and most things in the room were broken. The blanket was torn and very poor quality. Even though it's cheap, the price still doesn't justify the service.
The rooms felt roomy and were kept in good shape. I had a relaxing, memorable stay, and the ambiance was lovely. The hospitality was excellent.
A safe, comfortable stay with clean rooms. The staff were very polite and the hospitality was excellent.
