Hotel Park View By GRB

Don't go here with family. I felt it was unsafe and not a family hotel. I had booked online and called, but nobody picked up. When we arrived late at night with family, they still refused to give us a room. Everyone seemed drunk and nobody bothered to attend to us. Some people were smoking in the reception area. The hotel was on the 5th floor, and the lift wasn't working. If I could, I would give them 0 rating. Don't go with your family, it's unsafe.

We booked two rooms, but when we reached the hotel they gave us only one. There was nobody at reception to help with service. We had to leave without locking our room, and nobody answered the calls. Don't book hotel parks view, we had a really bad experience.

For a room costing rs 1700, the rates are too high for what you get. The electricity kept fluctuating, the water ran out repeatedly, and the lift sometimes stopped midway and left you hanging inside. The AC leaked water from its swing blades. There was no hotel restaurant, either. The hotel on the 4th floor is satisfactory, but the complex was originally meant to have shops and couldn't get enough buyers in rohtak. It's still under construction, so maybe things will improve in future.

Please don't book this hotel, especially with family. The staff weren't cooperative, the room wasn't clean, and they charged extra for tea and other service. We had prebooked breakfast, but it was never given. Everyone seemed to want extra money. There was no park in front of the hotel, and parking felt very dangerous at night. The hotel on the 4th floor was a horrible situation. I strongly suggest avoiding it.
