Hotel Ramaya

We'd picked it because it looked clean and decent online, but the stay was awful. The room smelled foul, the bathroom was dirty, and the sheets were filthy and stinking. Parts of the roof were falling, the floors were broken, and the room felt so negative that we didn't want to be there. Since it was midnight, we had no other option at first. There was constant noise from the second floor, with someone moving furniture back and forth and walking or running around. We couldn't sleep. After three hours of it, just as I was about to doze off, I felt an energy in the room, like someone pushed me. It happened three times. We left at 2 AM in the middle of the night. A pathetic, traumatizing experience, and I didn't feel it was a safe place to stay.

The service at Hotel Ramaya was quick, and the food was tasty. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were polite. We had a really good experience with the hospitality. Highly recommended for family and friends.

I came to Rohtak for a fellowship program and expected a clean, comfortable place for a longer stay after traveling a long way. Instead, this was a terrible experience. I booked for 22nd August, but the AC in the room wasn't working, so I checked out within half an hour. The hotel still hasn't refunded the amount. They claim to be a 3 star hotel, but if the AC doesn't work, they shouldn't take bookings, and they didn't even tell guests so we could find an alternative. The TV wasn't available when I asked because they hadn't recharged it, and they said it would be available the next day. The corridors weren't maintained well, and neither the room nor the corridors were brightly lit. When basic amenities aren't provided, why choose this place? Worst hotel I've seen. Don't stay here.

I've never seen a more pathetic place. The owner and staff were disgusting, and they ruined my event and my time, leaving me feeling depressed. The receptionist took personal photos and videos of me without my consent. Please never choose this place.
