Hotel Saffron

The air-conditioned hall can hold 50-60 people, so it works well for small birthday-type parties. The food and service were quite good, the rooms were good, and the staff were polite. Parking is very limited, with space for only 3-4 vehicles, and there’s no public parking nearby.

I had a bad experience with the staff. There was no food available at night, not even a cold drink. The washroom was very untidy, the shower didn’t work, and there were no towels. Dogs barking at night made the stay worse. I’d recommend trying other properties that are better.

I wouldn’t stay here again. They wouldn’t honor the Oyo app rate and said the room would cost more. After making me wait about 30 minutes, they gave me a filthy room that was barely usable, including the bathroom. There was a lot of shouting and disturbance outside in the middle of the night. No towel, soap, or bottled water either. A truly awful experience, I’d give it -5.

The app booking was already confirmed, but the boy at the counter still asked me to pay extra. I only got a room after paying it, and the hotel didn’t have even one spare clean bedsheet. Terrible experience, 0 rating.
