OYO 73444 Hotel Olive

The room looked nothing like the picture. There were used sheets with stains, dirty uncovered blankets, used towels, and spider webs all over. When I asked for towels, they gave me used ones. Staff were super rude and got annoyed whenever I complained. At one point, I was even told to leave at 12:30 at night. This is absolutely not the service you want. Please never book here. It doesn’t deserve a single star. NEVER, NEVER GET A ROOM HERE!

The room was in very bad condition and not properly cleaned. They charged extra on top of my online booking, then tried to provide and pass off a non-AC room. I can’t name a single thing that made this place okay, and I’d never recommend it.

The food quality was very good. I had a good room too, and the staff were helpful and behaved very well.

I booked this hotel for a friend, who called the hotel at least three times. The receptionist never pointed out that he had selected the wrong date. When my friend arrived, the receptionist said it was checkout time and wouldn’t let him into the room. My friend said he’d already paid, but was told he’d have to pay again to book. He left and lost his money, which I paid back to him. I tried contacting OYO customer care, but got no response. The receptionist boy gave couples a sarcastic smile when he saw them. This is a third class hotel, matched by a third grade app.
