Hotel Prem Dynasty

I stayed across several rooms over multiple days. The rooms and washrooms were somewhat clean, but the service felt pricey, and the food is overpriced. The receptionist was rude and inconsiderate. The ceiling fan wobbles when it's on. Most AC rooms either don't have a remote or have one that doesn't work, so you have to operate it like a fan. Still, the room cools nicely.

For North India, the heating and air conditioning seemed above standard, making it easy to cool the room in summer or warm it in winter. There's plenty of hot water, and the internet works well. The clean, well-stocked rooms are a really good size. Staff throughout were friendly and helpful, and the lobby and restaurants were clean, well-maintained, and quite luxurious. The hotel is right in the heart of Roorkee and is very good value for a budget stay. I was especially impressed by prompt room service, which brought all the extras I requested. The staff person was courteous, friendly, helpful, and professional, one of the best I've encountered in a long time. The quality and quantity of the food met my expectations.

I've been here for dinner on several occasions, and the food is good, with nice ambiance and interiors. A month back, I got the chance to organize my kid's birthday here. The owner suggested a pool party at the roof top pinnacle, a must visit for all couples. It was great fun and the kids loved it. The food was really nice too; I loved the crispy Mushrooms, the chef's speciality.

Rooms are very hygienic, and the staff are cooperative and polite. There's parking for 2 & 4 wheeler with CCTV Camera surveillance. One of the best hotels near Roorkee Bus Stand and IIT Roorkee, and my top recommendation for family and friends.
