We were there for 2 days, and the clean, hygienic rooms were comfortable and well maintained. The food was very good, too. Staff responded to every call promptly and politely, and the service was excellent.

At The Prem Manor Hotel, the convenient location and friendly staff made for a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and the service was good.

The stay was perfect for the budget, and I had a great experience overall. The friendly front office person kindly offered me his bike so I could pick up the item I’d forgotten at IIT roorkie.

The service was good, and it’s a very nice hotel. I’d definitely stay here again.

Check-in was a very bad experience: we weren’t given a room at first, and when we finally got one, it was very dirty. There were very few staff, no lift, broken windows, and a dirty bed with a blanket that had no cover.
