We stayed here while visiting friends for a wedding, and the welcome and send-off were better than any we’d had before. The staff were exceptionally kind, the rooms clean and beautiful, and the food both tasty and prepared in a healthy, high-quality way. A very pleasant experience, highly recommended.

The property in Ranakpur is beautiful, and the food was excellent. Non-veg lovers should try the butter chicken. What really earned it five stars for me was the courteous staff, who were warm and friendly. Happy vacation!

The general manager’s behavior was extremely unprofessional, and the service wasn’t acceptable. We placed a breakfast order, waited 45 minutes, and when it finally came, it tasted below average. Guests should be able to count on basic courtesy and hospitality. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the service and staff behavior.

I visited fatehbhagh last month and was mesmerized by the luxurious accommodations. The staff were excellent too. I’d love to visit again, thank you.

The staff were attentive, and the hotel was clean and tidy. Our room was big with a nice interior, and the hotel itself had a pleasant look too.
