The hotel is centrally located and has plenty of parking. Room service fell short, though, and I was surprised the staff took such an extended lunch break, like at State Bank of India.

This was absolutely the worst. I booked the hotel through Yatra using a corporate card, but when I got there they said they had sold out.

The room looked good, but the bathroom had no exhaust and smelled bad. The telephone didn’t work at first, so we had to get it fixed, and the toilet seat was broken. The washbasin tap was leaking too.

It’s easy to walk to Sagar Railway Station from this hotel, which is probably its best feature. The rooms are in good condition and offer value for money, and the service is good too. There’s plenty of space for weddings and other functions. You can count on a comfortable stay here.

I went for a business trip, and it’s a good place for a short stay. From the station at Platform 2, it’s an easy five-minute walk, so don’t hire a vehicle. The staff were cooperative, and the location is good. The food was quality, so try the authentic dishes like parathas and vegetables.
