My stay was pleasant apart from the noise and the lukewarm bathroom water, which was almost room temperature. The hotel’s hospitality was satisfactory, and the non-veg food was good. Guest rooms share a floor with the party hall, though, and late events after 10 PM got unbearably loud whenever people came and went and the doors opened. Management didn’t take steps to warn or manage the party guests. It quieted down only after I complained to the front desk several times.

The restaurant had a decent range of North and South Indian dishes. Food was good, though service slowed a little at busy times, while room service was prompt and courteous. There’s also space for small events or business meetings, and parking is available. My room was clean and maintained, with Wi-Fi, AC, and a decent-sized TV; the bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean, with a good supply of toiletries. Check-in went smoothly, and the polite, responsive front desk made sure I was comfortable. Hotel The Oasis, Saharanpur is conveniently located for the railway station and key city areas, so it works for business or leisure. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.
