Tdi Club Retreat

I lost INR 8700 here. I had booked four nights but arrived a day late after my flight was delayed. They refused to check me in, saying, "aap ek din ka refund mangoge". I explained that I wasn't asking for a refund after a 24-hour flight, I just needed to rest. The manager told me to call GoIbibo to change the reservation dates, while the receptionist said I should make another booking at the hotel and pay again. Nobody even offered water. The customer service was awful. There are better hotels nearby, so don't waste your money here. Freaking jokers running this dump.

I've stayed here around 6-7 times, and the service from Ekta & Shelly has been amazing. I used to work in this industry, so I know what customers expect. These two are polite and really understand how much customer service matters.

The road seems to be developing, but the place still falls short. There's dirt all around, the infrastructure is poor, and the staff are uncooperative and stubborn.

I felt very well looked after during my stay. The service was outstanding, with every detail handled warmly and professionally. muskan yadav and nisha devi deserve special thanks for their constant support and thoughtful, courteous hospitality. Without a doubt, I think this is the best hotel in Chandigarh, and I'd highly recommend it for comfort, class, and excellent service.
