I arranged the two-night booking over the phone from Hyderabad, and they didn’t ask me for an advance. Then a sudden death in my family meant I had to cancel my plans. The staff understood and agreed to cancel the room without hesitation. I really appreciate their support.

The room had plenty of space for one person, and it was kept very clean, including the bathroom. It’s close to Salem bus stand. The only drawback was waiting longer than expected for hot water.
I accidentally left some valuables in my room and called the hotel while I was on my way to Chennai. They found them and sent them to me by courier the next day. I appreciated how the admin and staff handled it. The rooms were clean, and the staff seemed genuine.
