Reception treated us badly. They had agreed to book a room online, but when we arrived, they refused to give us one. Better to go to Swarg Exotica, with its awesome rooms and services.

My colleagues and I stayed here on the night of 26/27.11.24 in room 205. We moved the sofa to make more space and found a used condom and its wrapper underneath. We reported it to management, but after a while there was still no response. It was a very bad experience for me and my team.

You can get food at the top of the hotel, so there's no need to go out to eat, and they have car parking too. The rooms are very neat and clean. A nice place to stay, probably the best hotel in Samastipur municipality.

It's easy to reach from anywhere in the city, and the railway station is less than a kilometer away. The rates are competitive compared with other places. The rooms and service are good in almost every way, and it really does feel premium. One of the famous hotels of samastipur.

The building is good and the location is prime, but there are broken pieces of room furniture, no power backup, and no Wi-Fi. Even if your plan includes complimentary breakfast and you've already paid, they make you pay for it again. Stay at your own risk.
