For a business visit, having the hotel close to GIDC was convenient, and they could arrange cabs right there, so transport wasn't a concern. I stayed over a week while working on the Micron project and had a very good experience. The staff were polite and helpful, the rooms neat, and management was excellent. There's a ground-floor restaurant with good food, prompt room service, and laundry facilities too. A good choice for business travelers in Sanand.

I stopped here for dinner while traveling and had a really good experience. The Punjabi food tasted good. Pam Inn regency hotel is on the left side of the State Highway from Ahmedabad/Sanad toward Viramgam, making it a good dinner stop along that stretch. I didn't stay overnight, so I can't comment on the hotel itself.

The food was handled with bare hands and no gloves, which added to an already awful visit. I remember this hotel being nice three years ago, but now it feels like a 500 rupee lodge. There was no neatness or maintenance, and they didn't even provide a bottle of water. The bathroom was dirty, the flush didn't work, the towels were brown, and the blankets hadn't been washed. The whole room smelled of smoke. The place was simply a waste, and this was one of my worst experiences.

Breakfast was the best part for me: fresh, tasty, and with plenty of choices. Palm Inn is clean, comfortable, and well kept, with a great location where you can walk to what you need. A pleasant and convenient place to stay, and I'd recommend it.
