The caretaker was helpful and good 😊👍, but there were cockroaches throughout the kitchen and dining area. The bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t lock, and the flush wasn’t working. Electricity also went off sometimes.
The staff were so welcoming and went out of their way to make us comfortable. We had a private pool and a fully equipped kitchen, and the property was beautifully kept, with lovely interiors and stunning views. Our villa stay was exceptional.
The morning without water was especially awful. We ended up using water from the pool. Although the neighbouring villas had electricity, ours didn’t. The generator only powered the basic lights and fans, but during our whole stay only the lights were on, with no fans. All in all, it was a really bad trip and a terrible experience.
Everything about KD mountain Villa was bad for us. The photos and videos don’t match what’s there, and neither the kitchen nor the rooms were proper. There were cockroaches and insects all over the house, and all the blankets smelled. We felt our money would be wasted if we went there, so we wouldn’t recommend this villa.
The swimming pool was the best part of KD Mountain villa. It’s decent, though not the best. If you’re on a low budget, you could go for it.
