The rooms were damp from the rain, and none had a TV, even though the photos showed one. The sheets, blankets, and pillow covers were dirty, had oil stains, and smelled very bad. At first, staff said the bedding was new, but they replaced everything after we insisted. There was no toiletry kit either. In a pinch, I had to wash my hands with facewash. The worst part was the room and bathroom, which had hundreds of mosquitoes and small insects. There were so many we were afraid one might fly into our mouths while we talked. When we asked for another room, staff said every room had mosquitoes. Earlier, we'd seen the same staff throw garbage right in front of the place, which seemed like it could be related. This is a budget place, but we still needed basic cleanliness and service. At the entrance, things looked as basic as expected, and it felt more like someone's house with rooms for rent than a hotel. When we asked for help with luggage, we were told to carry it ourselves. We were so unhappy that we tried to find somewhere else, but it was a busy weekend, hotels were full or too expensive for what they offered, and we couldn't find a place. I can't understand the good reviews. It was a disaster for my family. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere unless you can put up with the mosquitoes and only need a place for one night. Check other options anyway.
