Ovi'S Holiday

We stayed as a group at ovi resort, and the hospitality was what stood out most. Ram sir helped us with everything he could. The staff, cleanliness, and food were all superb. I'd definitely recommend it for group or corporate bookings.

We enjoyed using the common swimming pool during our stay in the 4 bhk Irani bungalow. The bungalow has enough room for a large group, though it did have air-conditioning issues. The area could use a bit more greenery, and the cafeteria food was average.

The location and vibe were good, and the rooms were nice, but the service was a mess. The staff were rude and had so much attitude that it felt like they were doing us a favor. There were mosquitoes in the room, and nobody did anything about it. I had a very poor stay and would suggest choosing a different resort in the same zone.

The road to the resort was in really poor shape, which made the trip there and back a struggle. Service was just as frustrating: the receptionist sent me to the caretaker, and the caretaker sent me back to reception whenever I asked for something. It felt like no one would take responsibility, and the poor management was the biggest letdown. The rooms themselves were standard and functional, but that didn't make up for the service problems. The food was mediocre, just okay at best. The accommodations were fine, but I wouldn't recommend staying here if you expect smooth service. The buck-passing and difficult road access made the whole stay a headache.
