My brother's wedding was held here, and I was satisfied with how it went. The venue offers very premium decor, and outside catering is allowed. The event manager on panel was an amazing guy, while the venue staff were polite and provided good service. It's a great location with good capacity for stays, ideal for weddings and get-togethers.

We found it a great place to unwind. The food was delicious, and the hospitality made the visit memorable. The atmosphere is peaceful, the rooms are clean and well kept, and the staff are very courteous and helpful. Highly recommend it for a relaxing stay.

The lawn and banquet areas have plenty of room for big gatherings, and the surrounding scenery makes a beautiful setting for a function. The staff are cooperative and keep Ratna Resort well maintained, which helps make special days stress-free. It's one of the best spots for weddings and celebrations, and I'd recommend it for memorable events.

The hilltop location is good, but the directions need serious work. There's no sign indicating the right turn onto the sloping road up to the resort. The toilets could also be cleaned better.

Mr. Ahmad, the Night Supervisor, was attentive, professional, and extremely helpful throughout our overnight stay. His support made a real difference, and the Housekeeping Team also did an excellent job. Ratna Resort was peaceful and clean, with well-maintained rooms and a relaxing atmosphere. We had a great stay with friends, and it felt like good value for money. I'd recommend it to anyone after a comfortable, budget-friendly break.
