Bring the essentials with you. This is a remote spot with no nearby market and limited network, and the road in includes a rocky stretch of about 2 km from the main road. The place itself is large, green, and pleasant, with plenty of stay options, comfortable rooms, lots of open space, and a river nearby. During monsoon there were many mosquitoes, and we had power supply issues. I imagine it could be great in winter or other seasons, but service needs work, especially given the difficult approach road and the level of service people may expect after that journey.

Stayed for two days. Really nice resort, with a huge, well-kept property. The rooms and food were good, and the staff were very polite. A good experience overall.

We had a great time hanging out with the group. There’s lots to do, including the pool, DJ, 8 ball pool table, carrom, and a cricket ground, and the rooms, atmosphere, and food were all good. Management needs to coordinate better, though. We’d paid an advance for our room, but they gave it to someone else because staff weren’t coordinated. Still, a great place to chill with friends.

The road access was the biggest drawback. The resort is far out, and the approach road is narrow, while the price is about what they charge in the city. We were there for under 12 hours before a walkathon, with the event starting at 5 am, and despite being told hot water or tea would be available at 4 a.m., staff didn’t serve it. The rooms were large and the bathrooms clean, though the mosquitoes kept us awake for a long time. The rooms were just okay, as was the staff. There was a TV, but we didn’t try it. It wasn’t a very positive stay for me.
