The rooms were clean and well looked after, and the property itself was maintained well. Staff service was good, and the food came warm and tasted nice. There were issues too. The fridge wasn’t working, and there was no water dispenser in the common area. Welcome drinks weren’t given to everyone. The managers were rude to the driver and helper. Costs and charges weren’t explained clearly, and poor communication between the owner and the person managing things caused problems later. Given the price, the hospitality could be better.

We stayed for two nights as a group of 20, ranging in age from six months to 70 years. It was peaceful, with a wonderful property and ambience, and the food was delicious. They also served Jain and vegan meals. The temple was very good, and the staff were polite and helpful. The track to Pawna lake was unforgettable. For anyone who eats pure vegetarian food, this is a perfect place. I strongly recommend it.

We paid 58k for one night, then ran into a pile of hidden charges. Food cost extra, at 2k per person for just snacks and dinner. When we questioned the other charges, the owner threatened us and said we had to pay. Don’t waste your money. Book somewhere else.

A complete waste of money. The amenities didn’t work, and the service was unreliable. The owner himself was rude and arrogant, and it felt like they were looking for a chance to keep our deposit. Management depends too much on the owner. Better stay somewhere else if you want peace of mind.
