Visava Amusement Park & Resorts Panvel

The water park was the highlight for our family of 11. The huge pool and exciting rides were great, and staff provided safety help throughout. Lunch at Garam Masala was delicious and the service was great; the DJ night added to the fun. We had booked 3-4 executive rooms with extra mattresses, and they were cozy, comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Check-in was smooth and on time, staff were supportive throughout, room service was prompt, and checkout was hassle-free. We had an amazing one-night stay at Visava Amusement Park & Resort, a wonderful family getaway.

Food quality fell short of expectations and didn’t justify the price or the property’s reputation. There was little supervision or discipline, either. Some guests drank beer in common dining areas and left empty bottles behind; others brought small alcohol bottles into the pool and drank there, with no staff intervention. Queues for breakfast, lunch, and high tea were long, especially in summer, and made the visit frustrating. Don’t use this queue method, there is no any where such queue system in waterpark. The waterfall water was dirty and smelled foul. After swimming, I had itching all over my body for two days, which makes me concerned about water hygiene and maintenance. This was one of my worst water park experiences. Cleanliness, crowd management, food, and guest supervision all need significant improvement.

The staff were humble, cooperative, and available whenever we needed them, and service was quick. We enjoyed the delicious food and found the rooms comfortable for the whole family. The property was clean and well managed, with a nice setting for relaxing and spending time together. We had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend it.

The pool and water park were well maintained and added a lot of fun to our trip. We found the atmosphere calm and pleasant, just right for family time. Rooms were neat, hygienic, and comfortable, and the staff were courteous and handled everything smoothly. The food was tasty and fresh. It was a relaxing, memorable stay with good hospitality and service, and we’d love to visit again.
