I was really disappointed with the service. I booked through Goibibo, and nobody seemed interested in helping. I’d chosen an AC room, but the AC didn’t work, and the place wasn’t clean. I wouldn’t give it even one star.

The rooms were good and the bathroom was just fine, but the food was horrible. The hakka noodles were the only thing I liked. The soup and Manchuria tasted awful, I couldn’t even finish one piece.

The rooms were below average, and the washrooms were dirty and poorly maintained. I asked for handwash, but they wouldn’t provide it and told me to use the shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was cold and tasted poor. The service was extremely bad.

It’s a good budget hotel with clean rooms and good hygiene. The amenities are good too. Housekeeping took a bit of time, but the staff were pleasant and positive. The food really wasn’t good.

Even though the room was ready, they wouldn’t let me check in an hour early because I’d booked online. At reception, I was told early check-in was only possible if I booked directly with them. I had to sit outside for that hour, which was very disappointing. It felt like a complete fraud. I can’t recommend this hotel, and I’d tell people not to come here.
