For Devalia Safari, the gypsy pickup point is actually close to this lodge. No need to drive all the way to the main park first. Ask the receptionist when you arrive, she knows how it works and will guide you. The location is really convenient for hiring a gypsy. We loved the place, especially waking up to bush views and mango trees. We booked at the last minute, and the receptionist stayed up until midnight to help us settle in. Really grateful for her kindness. Great people and great vibes, with top-notch service!

The peaceful lodge is full of mango trees, and the food served here is excellent. Ramesh vala and his team really stand out for their service. I had to leave for Ahmedabad at 2:30 am, and they gave me tea at that hour. I don't think you'll find such service-minded people anywhere in India. If you're visiting Gir forest, this is the best place to stay.

The food feels homemade, and the staff are so warm and lovely. Gir Birding Lodge is also close to Gir National Park, with plenty of birds to see and hear around the place. If you love nature and jungle, you can take long walks here too. This is exactly where I'd stay on a trip to Gir!

The bird-watching hide on the property is a great feature for anyone who loves nature. Amit joined us on the Gir safari and helped us spot several birds and animals, sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm along the way. At the lodge, Devraj served us at breakfast, lunch and dinner and was attentive and soft-spoken. Our room was set among a mango orchard, and the whole property felt serene and close to nature. We had a peaceful, refreshing stay, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Highly recommended if you're looking for tranquility and warm hospitality in Gir.

We spotted some wonderful birds right around the property, and its location is lovely for bird lovers. The food was fresh, delicious and thoughtfully prepared, which added a lot of comfort to our stay. The hospitality felt warm and heartfelt, and the staff really made us feel at home. We had an absolutely amazing time at Gir Birding Lodge. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to unwind in nature with great food and service!
