The banquet hall, Moti Mahal, is amazing, and the owner is a very good, humble guy. The hotel is right in the heart of the city, very close to the bus stand and not too far from the railway station. They have different room categories, including pocket-friendly options for a long, comfortable stay. You can order food from the in-house kitchen or from outside, and the property is good for families too.

The room service staff were kind and well behaved, and the food was really good. The rooms were pretty, the toilets clean, and the hotel's vibe was very nice. Overall, I had a nice experience.

The room was kind of okay, and the AC, TV, WiFi, and geyser worked fine. There was a garden if you wanted to walk around a little, though it wasn't much. The hotel's location is good for getting around Satna. The rest was very average because of poor cleanliness and service. I regularly found people's hair, the mats were dirty, and there were no bathroom supplies such as shampoo or handwash. There was no water kettle either. About 75-80% of the menu items weren't available, and most of what was available seemed old. My health got into a bad condition because of it. I had to ask for every single thing, like “give this, give that.”

The hotel is easy to reach and very close to the bus stand, about 5 km from the railway station. It's surrounded by all kinds of shops, restaurants, schools, colleges, and other places. A good hotel with all the amenities related to the services it offers.

It's opposite the Satna bus stand, and I booked through goibibo, where I got a great deal for the money. The cleanliness could use some improvement.
