The safari was memorable enough to deserve its own review, and the reservation team had arranged safaris to suit our needs well before we arrived, along with city and airport transfers. They were easy to deal with by email. At the resort, Kishan greeted us warmly and introduced us to the team. His work bringing the property’s concept to life was impressive. He always seemed to be around when we came or went, ready to chat. Staff knew our plans for the day and helped us fit in other activities, so we barely had to lift a finger. Our 10 year old was perhaps the only child there during our stay. Everyone treated him kindly, listened to his safari stories, and shared animal facts he enjoyed. Since he’s a picky eater, the chef prepared off-menu food for him and checked several times a day that he was happy and had enough to eat. Dushyant, our butler, known there as “Batman,” worked tirelessly and had a pleasant manner. He took care of our needs and made interesting conversation. He said we should feel at home, and it really did feel like staying with a good friend. The spa was lovely and relaxing, and booking treatments was easy, even at the last minute. The grounds and accommodations are simple, elegant, tranquil, and sustainable. At least one of the dining experiences is worth trying. It’s expensive, but they made it memorable. I can’t wait to stay at an aman resort again, and hope I get to return to aman-I-khas.

The tent was enormous and stunning, and the welcome foot massage was superb. Our private Batman/Butler was extraordinary. I’ve stayed at many of the world’s top luxury hotels, and few compare with this outstanding tented Tiger safari camp. Maybe the Royal Livingston Hotel on Victoria Falls in Zambia would come second. The service was the best we’ve ever had anywhere. I wish I could give it 10 stars. I highly recommend it, and it made for a memorable adventure.

The quiet sound of drying leaves overhead around the stepwell-like swimming pool was lovely. Staying in a luxury tent and watching tigers in their natural habitat, where else could you do that? Only here! The people, service, and setting are beyond the bar. A once-in-a-lifetime experience.

I especially liked the breakfast buffet, with its wide range of delicious choices, and the on-site restaurant was impressive and reasonably priced. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything needed, along with a beautiful view. Staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The location of [aman I khans] was perfect, just a short walk from major attractions. A brilliant stay, and I’d recommend it and plan to come back.

Aman i khas feels like part of a trip of a lifetime. The tents are superb, right by the jungle and surrounded by Rajasthan’s beautiful nature. The jungle safaris are premium, the service is fantastic, and the food is really good. The hotel’s swimming pool, built in grey stone, is stunning.
