GM Bakshi sir and F&B manager Rahul ji were incredibly accommodating and helpful through the whole wedding process. They were always available when we ran into requests or challenges. I held my wedding at Bookmark resort and chose it for the garden center, the stairwell for varmala, and the good banquet hall for sangeet. The rooms have plunge pools, which were a hit with my guests. Everything was clean and felt classy and high quality. Our guests enjoyed the wedding, the accommodation, and the food, and took lots of pictures. They also have a new chef whose food is great. I'm very thankful, and give it 10/10.

The rooms are great, and private in-room pools are a lovely luxury. There are plenty of dining options, and the food is very good. From arrival to departure, requests were handled promptly and with a smile. The service felt on par with many premium hotel chains, and the staff kept delivering with a smile throughout. I loved the ambience and hospitality, and would recommend it for a great family holiday.

Roshani, one of the waitresses, walked us through the menu, explained the dishes, and let us try some food. It was a heartfelt experience we'll remember fondly for a long time. The staff were helpful and the rooms clean. They arranged tiger safaris for us and packed snacks for the rides. It's a very nice place, though by Western standards I wouldn't call it a five-star hotel. Still, it was very good.

The road in is rough, as it is for several hotels in the area. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and the hotel is well placed for safari pickups. We had a room with a private plunge pool, which came in handy. They packed us lunch, and the chicken sandwich was excellent. Breakfast omelettes were superb.

We were 15 people, children included, and everyone had a great time. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding, and the high tea was a lovely extra. The restaurant manager and team were remarkably attentive, courteous, and ready to help throughout our visit. Staff welcomed us from the start, and nothing disappointed us. Bookmark Resort is very close to the jungle safari, and our stay felt like a blend of five-star amenities and excellent hospitality. I'd gladly recommend it to friends and family and would love to come back.
