It’s a very quiet place, which I found a bit dull and lacking in vibrancy, though that may just be me. The rooms are quite big, and the bathrooms are really nice. Staff are good, while the food is just ok and the menu is limited. If you’re after simple luxury at a decent price, go for it.

The owner, Mr Balendu Singh, was so hospitable and spent time with guests, making us feel welcome. His knowledge of tigers, wildlife, and the jungle enthralled us. We had a wonderful three-day stay, just minutes from the Ranthambore National Park, which made the safaris easy. Large, well-appointed rooms, warm and helpful staff, and delicious meals all added to it. The chef made tasty meals and snacks, especially the authentic Rajasthani dinner. The little touches were impressive too, from turn-down service and blankets to tea and biscuits for the safari. Swimming, badminton, and spa activities were an added plus. It was a memorable holiday, and we’ll be back soon.

The staff really stood out, always polite, attentive, friendly, and ready to help. Special thanks to Trilok in the restaurant, he’s such a nice guy and gave us great service. The colonial style hotel is well maintained, with spacious, well-furnished rooms and a beautifully manicured garden around a clean pool. It’s a peaceful break from the city hustle and bustle, and we had an excellent stay.

The resort is handy for Ranthambore National Park, and its lawns and surroundings are kept very clean. Rooms are spacious, with minibars, hot and cold water, and attached bathrooms. The food is tasty, with Indian and continental choices, although the spread could be better. Staff are prompt, courteous, and helpful, and some guests praised their service highly. A few rooms can have TV problems if monkeys damage the antenna, while some lack cupboards or enough storage. The atmosphere can feel desolate, so cultural shows or events might help. There are no indoor games.
