The stay was a complete waste of time and money for me. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, the bathrooms weren't clean, and a terrible odor hung over the property. Many of the facilities advertised online either didn't work or were in pathetic condition, and management showed no interest or control over improving the guest experience. Staff at reception were shockingly rude and uncooperative, with no concern for guest comfort. Room service was essentially nonexistent: calls went unanswered, nothing was cleaned, and no help was provided during the stay. I strongly advise avoiding this resort. There are far better places nearby that actually value their guests.

The staff behaved very well, and the hotel has a huge, lovely garden. Service was quick and efficient. The food was a highlight for me, it felt home-cooked, without too much oil or heavy masala.

Tiger Regency Resort arranged a great safari for us in Ranthambore National Park. They handled the booking smoothly and worked around our schedule, so the trip into the park was stress-free. The guides and drivers they work with were knowledgeable and professional, and the whole adventure was unforgettable. The food was plentiful and delicious, with a generous choice. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool was well maintained, and the quiet location made it easy to unwind. Management staff were kind, attentive, and hardworking, and made sure I felt well looked after during my one-night stay. The garden was kept up nicely, there were relaxing lounge areas, and the resort also helped with travel needs. I highly recommend Tiger Regency Resort for its comfort, hospitality, and help organizing safaris when visiting Ranthambore.
