The bathrooms were good and well maintained, but the first room I checked into was tiny and unclean. The second room had more space, though the beds and pillows were badly sagging. I personally don't like the yellow lights, and there were no white lights, only outside and yellow lighting. Beds and towels were kept well, but the cleaning around the windows and under the beds needs attention. It's a very old property, though it still looks new. I'd come back if they had a decent bed and pillows.

Getting around from here was easy, and the staff made the stay even better. They were quick to help and always polite. My room was modern, very clean, and comfortable. I had a great time at Collection O and would happily recommend it.

Before check-in, my relatives wanted to look at the room and found stained, dirty sheets and pillowcases, so they decided not to stay. I had first gone to ask whether they had a booking, but the hotel wouldn't give me any information.

The room was really tiny, and basic things like the TV and geyser weren't available. The staff also didn't respond properly. A really bad experience.
