For Rs 1250, I had an AC room with a queen bed for two adults. The bed was uncomfortable, there were cockroaches, and I couldn't get a peaceful night's sleep. A one-liter water bottle cost 30/- rps, and outside food wasn't allowed unless you paid another 30/- rps. The TV only had one channel, TIMES NOW, and wasn't a smart TV. Wi-Fi wouldn't connect. The AC worked well, the hot water was OK, and the front desk response was OK.

The food was good and the person serving it behaved well, but we had to go to the dining area even though there was a room service menu. We had booked free breakfast, which they denied, so we paid twice. The location is great, but I can't recommend much else. We got no room service or drinking water, and there was only one towel for two people. The night lamp was broken, the TV and intercom had no sound, the door lock didn't work properly, and the bed covers felt itchy. We had to request the Wi-Fi password two or three times. A window had no grill and could be opened from outside, so our baggage could be at risk. The manager also demanded an extra 500/- for checking in two hours early. We refused and spent those two exhausting hours sitting in the dining area. After that clash with what seemed to me a greedy and cruel person, we received the worst service from him.
