The cheerful staff are the reason I’d rate this hotel five and above. The front office was always available for questions, and support came right away. There were a couple of shortcomings, like laundry, and a heater might not have been available, but the service team worked brilliantly to meet my needs. Room service was great, as was the restaurant, whose staff were very cheerful.
It’d be helpful to have a ramp for wheelchair access. The two elevators are in good condition, which is good, but having the restaurant and banquet hall in the same hall is confusing. People looking for the banquet can end up in the restaurant. The food tastes great, though it’s expensive, and the atmosphere and service don’t feel worth what we pay for it.
We enjoyed the hospitality and the food was awesome. We organized a party here, and the hotel staff were very good and helped arrange everything. The infrastructure is good, with nice banquet halls, though the staff need better coordination. Thanks to the management.
The food was excellent and all the guests appreciated it. The supervisors were excellent too, and prompt with delivery, while the staff were supportive throughout. Thanks to Upendra for helping make sure the function went smoothly and left everyone satisfied. I’d like to use this facility for future functions.
The banquet hall is spacious enough for many guests and has an impressive look, with good venues for banquets and meetings. I attended my cousin's daughter's birthday party, and the hotel staff took care of all the responsibilities. The food was the main highlight, with delicious starters and main courses, followed by tempting desserts. I’d suggest booking a banquet venue to make your event more memorable.
