The whole place smelled filthy, and cockroaches were running around everywhere. During my rainy-season stay, water dripped through the roof. My room had no windows and smelled like rotten wood, and the sheets were dirty. The owners control the AC and lift, and turn both off at night. The washroom was the filthiest part. The flush and geyser didn't work. Avoid this hotel at any cost.

I paid 3k for a family room with three beds for five people, but the room was completely disgusting. Termites were everywhere, even in the bathroom. There was a window, but it only had a curtain and no door. They charged for TV and internet, but the TV had no recharge, so there was nothing to watch. A huge rat chewed through my food packet and ruined the food.

They advertise a geyser and TV, but those weren't available. The AC barely cooled the room even at 16°, which says a lot about the maintenance. They didn't even provide drinking water for guests checking in. The rooms were full of cockroaches, and the staff weren't polite or willing to understand our concerns. A very sad experience. I don't recommend it.

The location is central and convenient, but the rooms weren't good or clean. Service was late, hot water was only available in the morning, and they switched the AC off early in the morning. That's not good.

The rooms were filthy and full of cockroaches, and the price was very high. The AC didn't work. They moved us to another room, but that one was awful too and had no geyser. A really bad experience.
