The biggest concern was safety: rooms by the balcony and lift could be entered through their windows, and it felt like someone could get in from the balcony. The bathrooms had no ventilation, most rooms had poor airflow, and only those facing the Zudio side seemed to have windows, which were broken too. The room also had cigarette-burned sheets, no TV, broken mirrors, damaged bathroom fittings, and generally poor upkeep. I even saw a staff member urinating openly on the balcony where room windows could see. When I told the receptionist, she didn’t seem surprised, though she eventually agreed to move us. At arrival, staff seemed unaware of our online booking, which caused confusion. We had specifically reserved a non-smoking room but were first offered a three-bedroom smoking room, although two-bedroom rooms were apparently vacant. It also felt as though the hotel was uncomfortable with advance and online payments, especially Agoda bookings with coupons, and that direct-paying guests might get better rooms. I regret booking here and wouldn’t recommend it without major improvements.
