My father and uncle died in the fire at your hotel on 13 September 2022. More than 20 people lost their lives because the hotel was incompetent at handling a fire. There were no basic protections like sprinklers or fire exits, and the fire was caused by an illegal electric vehicle station operating in the basement. Don't apologize. I will never forgive you, and no apology can undo this. My family will live with this darkness forever. I hope you stop operating so nobody else has to go through what we did. Even if you fix things now, you can't undo your mistakes, your sins. If you feel any remorse for that night, stop running the business.

I lost my father in the fire in 2022. I can't be there without being reminded of that day. You don't deserve even one star, and we won't forgive you.
