10/10
For two adults, a single room costs around 700 rupees, so it’s economical. It’s handy for people visiting KIMS Hospital, and the place is clean and hygienic. There’s an elevator, but no TV or AC.

The receptionist was helpful, but the manager was rude. The rooms weren’t sanitised and were full of bugs, and there was no Wi-Fi.

The staff were rude, and the room was so dirty it smelled like it had only been opened once a year.

The toilets were unhygienic. Booking here felt like a waste of time and money, so think twice before getting a room.

The staff were decent, but the rooms didn’t meet my expectations.
