Super Hotel O Malkajgiri

When we got to the hotel after booking through MakeMyTrip, nobody was at reception, and the photos they'd uploaded were fake. We called the POC ten times. He told us to cancel and book at a nearby hotel belonging to his friends instead. Very, very unprofessional.

The host was friendly and professional, and the property had comfortable, pleasant surroundings. It was a lovely, quiet place to stay in Hyderabad. I had a nice visit and would definitely return. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere peaceful.

The booking I paid for through make my trip wasn't found when I arrived, and the staff said there was no reservation under that name. The room felt like a jail, had no extra bed available, and the bed itself was like a garbage bag. Even the reception counter beside the balcony was plastic, like a dustbin. The place seemed like a slum, worse than basti. If you want an adventure, you could stay at your own risk. The mosquitoes and cockroaches might keep you company so you don't feel alone.

The location was awesome, very near to hicc, with many foodie palaces nearby. My room was clean, comfortable, and well managed, and the host and staff were very helpful. They assisted me with everything and explained the nearby tourist palaces. I had a comfortable stay.
