The people were so kind and helpful, and the food was really good too. I had a great time.

The staff treated us very well, but parking was a problem. The area outside the hotel didn’t feel safe.

The staff couldn’t find my advance booking at reception, and checking out was difficult even though I’d paid all my dues. I faced a lot of harassment. The entrance was dirty, the only lift wasn’t working, and there was a foul smell in the room and stinking toilets. The linen was dirty, as was the toilet commode and seat, which was noisy and uncomfortable to use. There was no water bottle or kettle for tea, and they gave us just two small soaps. There was no end to the problems.

There was only one server trying to handle lunch for more than 25 people, so service was painfully slow and guests got frustrated. Halfway through the event, the staff denied that some services were part of the package, even though we’d gone over the details beforehand. It really spoiled the mood. I’d booked the hotel for a birthday party with food, but had trouble with the staff during booking too. The managers in particular weren’t cooperative. The experience was awful. The hotel staff should explain clearly what’s included and communicate it properly. Think twice before booking.
