I wouldn’t recommend booking here. The room I booked was a deluxe, but the room itself felt average, and I was disappointed with both the service and food. The reception area looks good, though that didn’t match the stay. Who rated this a 4-star hotel should rethink it, because my experience was nothing like that standard. The food was overpriced and below par. In-room dining arrived cold, and nobody at the cafeteria made an effort to help us. The towels, sheets, and blanket looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in years. I’m glad I brought my own blanket and pillow for my 3-month-old baby.

The play area was a letdown: despite the hotel advertising a good space for children, all I saw were broken toy tricycles. The washrooms were unclean, and the electric kettle in my room was broken and extremely dirty. More broadly, the room upkeep and hospitality fell below what I expected from the Ramada brand, and the stay was less comfortable than I’d hoped. The property missed basic cleanliness and maintenance standards, so I wouldn’t choose it for a future visit or recommend it.

The location was central, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable for a very reasonable price. Wi-Fi was excellent, breakfast had a great selection, and the toiletries were nice. Staff were helpful with transport and even let us check out late. Special thanks to jyoti.

Staff hospitality made the wedding functions run smoothly. They were polite, responsive, and professional, and I’d give their support 5 stars. The property itself is beautiful and has a nice ambience, but room upkeep, food service, and the outside vendors need better oversight. Breakfast after the wedding night was disappointing. We expected fresh, hot tea, but what arrived wasn’t hot and seemed like tea made earlier and served again. In my suite, the iron’s switchboard didn’t work, and the jacuzzi wasn’t functioning properly, which was a letdown for a suite. We also had a very unpleasant experience with the hotel-associated makeup vendor HP_Sondarya (Instagram). They charged ₹20,000 separately for guests whose makeup they hadn’t done, and charged again for guests whose makeup they did. That felt unfair and badly managed. The makeup itself wasn’t satisfactory, and our guests didn’t like the work. When we tried to discuss it politely, the person became aggressive, argued with us, and threatened to call goons. That was shocking and unacceptable in a hotel setting. I’d strongly advise future guests to avoid booking this vendor through the hotel and arrange their own trusted makeup artist. For hospitality I’d rate Ramada Neemrana 5 stars, but food and room comfort were more like 3-4 stars. Better maintenance and more responsible vendor partnerships would make the experience much better.
