This was one of the worst homestay stays I've had. The room wasn't hygienic, with dirty surfaces, badly maintained bedding and poor basic cleanliness. When we asked the staff to clean it properly, they were rude and unprofessional. They acted as if we were asking too much instead of sorting out a basic hygiene issue. We were so uncomfortable that we left early, but they still refused to refund all our money. If cleanliness, respectful staff and basic customer service matter to you, avoid this place. The stress and cost weren't worth it.

The villa was full of dust, the floor hadn't been cleaned, there was hair on the bed, and the bathrooms were worse than public toilets. Even petrol pump washrooms are cleaner. They advertise luxury rooms and top-notch service, but the reality was the opposite, and the photos were misleading. The hygiene and service were awful, and they were negligent about fixing problems. When we asked them to clean, they told us to adjust or leave and made excuses for every issue. Their replies about the refund were arrogant. It was the worst experience ever. I hope this warns people against booking this villa.
