FabHotel Namaha Suites

My mom and I were stranded late at night in a new place, even though I had booking details and an email confirmation from their side. I had booked by phone, paid part of the amount using a scanner after confirming with the person who took the booking, and called the next day to say we'd arrive a little late. The receptionist then said there was no booking in my name and told me to contact that person. They kept sending me back and forth. At the hotel, they denied the booking and said they were no longer associated with FAB, even though their desk and scanner still had Fab marketing. The support number was incorrect. They told me to cancel, but the site wouldn't process the cancellation, and I still haven't received my refund. I was clearly scammed. Do not book anything related to FAB.

At 9.30 PM, the staff member said they hadn't received the money and couldn't connect with the fab booking because the fab app wasn't working. He told us to call fab, but their 24x7 customer care didn't answer. Even though we offered to pay for another booking ourselves, he wouldn't let us stay. It felt like a fully fraudulent team. I suggest avoiding this hotel and not booking through fab app.

The hotel is good, but the service isn't up to expectations and needs to improve. It's good to book for a few hours, and you can also stay here with family.

The room itself was okay, but the bed condition and sheets weren't good. The bed was too uncomfortable, and I couldn't sleep on it, so I'm not satisfied with the hotel. The rooms shown on the site also look quite different from the room conditions in person.
