The room was very unhygienic and the staff service was poor. They ask for extra money after you've booked through an app. I also don't understand why the name on the hotel board is different from the one shown in the apps. Don't waste your money.

There weren't even basic things in the room, like hot water, hand wash, or a mirror. The bed was filthy and the sheet hadn't been washed properly, and the room was full of mosquitoes. The receptionist was rude and impatient too.
2/10
They charged me an excessive amount for staying just one extra hour. That left a very bad impression of this boarding hotel in Shamshabad. The management seems focused on money instead of treating customers fairly and respectfully, and the way they handled the charge felt unprofessional. If they can't show basic courtesy, I don't think they deserve anyone's business. Travelers should think twice before choosing this place.

I booked and paid through akbar travels, but the hotel said they couldn't see the booking. This hotel is fake.

The washroom was very dirty, the blanket smelled awful, and the staff behaved very badly. They also demanded extra payment even though I had booked online. I was really disappointed and would never recommend this hotel.
