The manager was a bit rude and needs to improve how he talks to customers and handles their questions. There's no ventilation in the room, and the windows don't fit properly, leaving gaps that let dust build up in the uncleaned panes. The floors in both the room and washroom had white marks, probably from the water. They were cleaned, but if guests are being given the room, the least they could do is wash the floors with soap. Cleanliness needs a lot of improvement.

The road right outside could use improvement, perhaps funded by the businesses earning from it. Parking is a bit limited, though staff help with it. The immediate area is pleasant, and this is a good place to stay, better than others nearby. Service is very good, including help with bags, the room, and the restaurant. Housekeeping is good too, but could improve by clearing cobwebs seen in several spots.

Hotel Sharanam in Shegaon was comfortable and peaceful. The location is handy, especially for a temple visit, and the food was good. Rooms were clean and looked after, and the staff were courteous and ready to help. I'd recommend it to others coming to Shegaon.

The balcony rooms are especially spacious, and both the rooms and washrooms were clean, hygienic, and well cared for. Staff were polite, cooperative, and always willing to help. There's an in-house restaurant, plus a bar that could be handy for business travelers. For a family visit, this is one of the better places to stay in Shegaon. Gajanan Maharaj Mandir is about 10-15 minutes away, and auto-rickshaws are easy to find if you don't have your own vehicle. Staying here also helps avoid relying on Bhakt Niwas, where availability can be unpredictable. Recommended.
