There’s no lift, so getting bags up three flights of stairs is on you. The staff were curt, nearly rude, and careless with our luggage. Rooms weren’t cleaned daily, only if you stayed more than three days. The window panes were broken, the flush didn’t work properly, and there was no in-house dining. Book at your own risk.

We felt really unsafe. In the middle of the hassle with staff, some random person showed up, threatened us to keep quiet, and told us to go back to our rooms. We were in a different state, which made that especially unsettling. We stayed three days. The room was neither particularly clean nor especially dirty, but we were given just one towel for three people, and they refused to provide more. There were no toiletries in the bathroom, and we were told they don’t provide them. We were also told only two complimentary water bottles were available, and those were given on arrival. When I complained at reception, the response was that I could speak to the owner. No apology. Mr. ROCKY listened when we spoke to him, but nothing was done. I should have read the Google reviews before booking. There are plenty of negative ones, yet it seems nothing is taken into consideration. Better to spend a little more on a place with a reasonable price.

The room was filthy, and the homestay felt very cheap. The tariff was far too high for what we got, especially when the same money could get you a good hotel or resort nearby. Communication was also a struggle because the person at reception didn’t understand Hindi or English.

The power went out and we had to sit in the dark, with no backup and not even a candle. They charge whatever they feel like, and the tariff doesn’t match the rooms. Service was practically absent, and the cleanliness needs to improve.
