The location is the one good thing, only a two-minute walk from Police Bazar. The rooms are tiny and dirty, with no space between the door and bed, and the blankets were dirty too. Also, the photo on their website is fake, none of their rooms looks like that.

The location is the only good thing. There’s a tea shop nearby.

The rooms were decent, with proper bathrooms and curtains, and the Oyo supplies and free WiFi were nice. But there was no complimentary breakfast, despite what was written online. Small baby cockroaches were everywhere in the room, which was irritating. My stay was short, so I can’t comment on the food.

The owner and staff were hospitable and friendly, and the room and washroom were clean. I stayed there with friends for two nights, and the experience was quite good, up to the mark overall.

The rooms were neat and clean, but opening the window brought a bad smell into the room. They didn’t provide mineral water. Still, I can suggest this hotel if you’re staying in Shillong near Police Bazar. Online platforms showed higher room prices, but I booked in person after arriving and paid 50% less.
