The stay amenities were all on point, and the property itself is good. Pankaj, who has leased it, is awesome and cooperates in every way. I’m giving one star for service because I don’t want to hurt the overall rating for him. The owner, Amay, was the worst person I’ve met. He gives guests wrong directions and is so greedy he even asks for money to load a laptop bag. He’s very ruckus and interrupts everything, even sitting on the balcony and talking. Amaya / ajju is spoiling the reviews. You may have to struggle a bit for water since there’s no RO installed, but otherwise everything is perfect.
