Eden Hotel and Resort was peaceful and family-friendly, with spacious, very clean rooms that worked well for our family. Chaman Lal was especially kind and welcoming, and helped make us more comfortable. The staff were friendly, and the food was fantastic. For a reasonable price, it offers a quality stay with good service, particularly for middle-class families looking for comfort. It felt completely worth the money. Highly recommended when visiting Shimla.

My recent stay was awful, and I wouldn’t recommend this resort at all. The room was dirty, service was absent, and we had problems with water, hot water, and electricity. I’d give it zero stars if I could. I recommend avoiding this place.

The staff didn’t respond to calls or visits to reception, and we ran into ordinary water problems too. The geyser took ages to heat just 5 liters, about 2 hours. Our hotel experience was terrible. The rooms were much smaller than they looked in the listing. The travel team holidays, Himachal booked this property for us.

The view is good, and the food is sufficient. The rooms feel a bit cramped and small, though it was still fine. There’s water shortage in the area. The staff are sweet. Being 5 km from Mall Road could disappoint tourists who want to take a night walk.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the food had lots of options and tasted great. The staff were courteous and very helpful. The location is beautiful, with a scenic view that looks even more amazing after sunset. Thanks to everyone for making our stay a nice one. Wishing you all the best.
