They cancelled our non-refundable booking at the last minute and said it was because we had booked late. The staff had an attitude about it. A horrible, disgusting experience. The worst hotel ever, please don't book here.

The building is well constructed, and the staff were cooperative. The food was tasty too. It's right on the main road by the bypass.

This place has been a local landmark for almost 50 years. Our room was decent, and the reception managers, Sh Neem Chand and Sh Chander, were polite and very cooperative. At the restaurant, Sh Kuldeep and Sh Kripa Ram served good-quality food with a smile every time. Housekeeping was efficient too, especially Sh Pawan. We had a great experience.

We spent two nights here. The hotel was clean, the food tasty, and service was quick. Staff were really nice and polite, and there's parking inside the property. It's 1.5 km from "The Lift" to mall road. You can take a local bus there, but walking would definitely be quite difficult.

The manager and staff were very cooperative, and the food was good. There's hot water in the washroom, and the mall is nearby. Walking takes around 40 minutes, though you get to see lots of beautiful nature along the way. Otherwise, the hotel can book a taxi for you. It costs 200rs and gets you to Mall in about 15 minutes.
