We had a comfortable, pleasant stay, and the food was really good. Manoj was very polite and helpful.

Mr. Manoj Jishtu handled the buffet department really well. Food, room service, and everything else was fantastic. Very good experience staying here, highly recommend for a staycation.

Deepak at reception was polite, helpful, and professional. His supportive attitude made check-in and the stay smooth and comfortable. CK International Hotel had clean, comfortable rooms and a calm, welcoming feel. Good experience, I’d recommend it and be happy to stay again.

The smooth check-in and check-out were the only neutral points for me. The room looked clean at first glance, but the hotel is extremely old, poorly maintained, and in terrible condition. Online photos look very misleading and seem to be from years ago, possibly when the place was better kept. The current state is horrible, and this is absolutely not value for money. The room interiors are very bad. Furniture is damaged and worn: the table’s mica is missing and raw plywood shows, while the bed, chair, and side tables are in similarly poor shape. The TV is old, non-smart, and only supports cable. Even the outdated set-top box buttons don’t work. A huge pillar takes up space and makes the room cramped and unpleasant. At night, rats running in the false ceiling are clearly audible. It seems like the ceiling is home to rats and rodents, which is extremely disturbing. The bathroom is unacceptable, with cracked tiles, poor or missing grouting, a broken wash basin, and broken toilet paper holder. Clearly it hasn’t been maintained for years. Staff were polite, but reluctant to provide even basic amenities. We got no complimentary mineral water unless we specifically asked. Water served in a jug had a strong chlorine smell, so it seemed unsafe and not drinkable. The AC works, but it’s extremely old and noisy, with the outdoor unit right outside the window causing ongoing disturbance. Wi-Fi availability is uncertain. Food was below average, with very few options for breakfast and dinner. The oil seemed very poor quality, and the food smelled of raw oil, suggesting it wasn’t cooked properly. The location is the biggest drawback. The hotel is on the 4th floor of an ISBT, directly above the Inter State Bus Terminal. There’s constant shouting from bus conductors, bus horns, smoke, and vibrations. Every time a bus passes, the bed shakes like a small earthquake. Noise is unbearable and peaceful sleep is impossible. Smoke builds up in the rooms and common areas, and the surroundings are untidy. With so many people moving through a public location, the hotel didn’t feel secure and anyone could enter easily. It was a disaster, especially for leisure or tourist travelers, and would completely ruin your mood and experience. Strongly NOT recommended if you value comfort, hygiene, and peace. Don’t rely on the misleading positive reviews. Many guests are pressured to give a 5-star rating at reception during check-out, which doesn’t reflect the actual condition of the hotel.
