The price is a little high, but the staff were very nice and polite.

Just a 03min. walk from the church, and there are no more stairs. The rooms are big and have mirrors 🪞🪞🪞. Omg, this hotel in all of Shimla seems to have everything you need: a fan, a private balcony, and even a tarce for party. Love this, must come there.

The location made it convenient to reach tourist places, and the food quality was good. They also arranged paid sightseeing and pickup/drop services. Even with those positives, the experience was far from satisfactory, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. I had booked a Deluxe Room with breakfast and lunch or dinner, but they gave me a Standard Room. The room size, facilities, and amenities made the difference clear, and staff initially wouldn’t acknowledge it despite my repeated clarifications. I had to pay extra to move to a Deluxe Room, even though that was what I’d booked in the first place. There was no ventilation, no exhaust fan in the washroom, no electric kettle or accessories, no shower gel or shampoo, and no slippers. The hotel also first refused to provide non-vegetarian meals despite my booking confirmation. They agreed only after intervention, which caused unnecessary hassle. Handling the room assignment and prepaid meal plan this way was highly unprofessional. As a frequent traveler, I found it extremely disappointing. Based on the hotel standards and service, this is two stars at best. MakeMyTrip should consider reviewing the hotel’s listing or clearly describing these issues, check that promised room categories and facilities are being provided, ensure pre-booked meals are honored without hassle, and stop customers from being charged again for what they’ve already booked and paid for. This wasn’t the standard I expected from a MakeMyTrip booking. I hope they take corrective action so future travelers can make informed choices.

I paid 1700 for my stay from 15Feb2025 to 16Feb2025. The hotel is a little above Mall Road, near the jaku rope way counter, where vehicles aren’t allowed. From the railway station or bus stand, take a taxi to the lift, then climb for 7-10 minutes after taking it to reach the hotel. The stay was good, and the staff were polite. Rooms were fine, though the bed sheets were old. Room service and food are available on order, at reasonable prices, and the taste is average. Mall Road, Christ church, and Jaku rope are within walking distance.
